End of Tenancy Cleaning Prices
*All prices are based on the property being in reasonable condition and subject to VAT.
Our price includes cleaning products, materials and equipment. (Please note: Our Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning does not include carpets cleaning) By placing the booking customer agrees to our Terms of Conditions stated in clause IV of Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning. Please provide us with accurate information about the cleanness condition/type of the property. We reserve the right to amend the cleaning price due to the condition of the property or as a result of providing us with incorrect property specifications during our visit. End of tenancy cleaning prices are as follows: For a one-bedroom flat or studio, the cost is £180 for an unfurnished property. For a fully furnished property, there is an additional charge of £30. The minimum time required for the cleaning service is 3 hours, during which access to water and power is necessary. Additionally, parking is required, and any meter parking charges will be billed separately.
