Hallway & Stairs Cleaning
- Remove Cobwebs
- Clean and polish mirrors, pictures
- Clean coving, picture rail, cornice/ curtain rails
- Clean and polish windows internally, window sills, window ledges (excluding curtains)
- Wipe down doors and on top of doors
- Wipe down skirting boards and all wood works of dust
- Wipe down stairway, banister and railings
- Wipe lights switches, plugs, sockets, lights fittings, lamp shades
- Clean inside, behind and on top of cupboards and furnishings
- Wipe lights switches, plugs, sockets, lights fittings, lamp shades
- Dust and polish all surfaces
- Wipe radiators
- Vacuum and mop (if relevant) floors
Bedrooms
- Clean and wipe wardrobes and drawers outside, dust and polish all tops and surfaces wipe picture frames and lamp shades
- Wipe skirting boards
- Wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
- Hovering and mop the floor where necessary
- Clean under furniture where possible
Living room & dining room
- Clean and wipe down doors and the door frame any furniture outside only
- Any sofas will be vacuumed; the cushions will be lifted and vacuum underneath

- Wipe banisters and radiators
- Dust picture frames and lamp shades
- Wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
- Clean under furniture where possible
Kitchen
- Cleaning and polishing all cupboards and drawers outside and if the client require it could be done inside as well but the cupboards must be emptied
- Clean the fridge and freezer inside and out (Freezer need to be defrosted beforehand)
- Clean the oven inside and out, clean the grills and oven stainless steel racks, standard remove stains and burn marks where possible, although all burn marks cannot be guaranteed to be removed (excluding oven roasting/baking trays) Oven cleaning is maximum of 60cm width, all oven above 60cm width such as 2 doors oven rangemaster type will incur additional charges.
- Clean the microwave inside and out, remove stains and marks where possible
- Clean exterior of the washing machine and detergent dispenser (remove marks where possible)
- Clean exterior of the dishwasher and the door inside
- Clean the extractor over the cooker outside (excluding clean & change filter)
- Clean and wash the sink, remove limescale and polish
- Clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints, dust lamp shade and light switches
- Hovering and mop the floor (if not carpeted)
Bathroom
- Clean and disinfect toilet seat inside and out, toilet bowl inside and out, polish where necessary
- Clean and wash the bathtub, shower cabin, remove hard water stains (where possible) polishing the tabs
- Clean and wash the tiles and between the tiles, remove limescale, polishing mirrors and glasses
- Clean and wash all tops and surfaces, polish where necessary, clean the cabinets inside and out (if there are any)
- Clean and wash the sink, polish the taps
- Hovering and mop the floor, clean and dust the fan (if possible)
- Clean and wipe the door, remove marks and finger prints
All rooms
- Wipe skirting boards
- Dust picture frames
- Clean and wash the doors and the door frames, clean and polish the handle of the doors
- Dust lamp shades
- Wipe light switches, remove finger prints and dirt
- Dust and wipe windows sills
- Wipe and polish picture rails and banisters
- Clean around fireplace and radiators
- Polish mirrors and glasses
- Hovering and mop the floor where applicable
Please be aware: We will clean only the interior of the windows, along with the window frames and sills. Curtains and blinds are not included in our cleaning service. Carpets will be vacuumed and cleaned beneath furniture when accessible. We do not move heavy items; instead, we clean around them whenever possible. We DO NOT clean the exterior areas of the property, including doors, balconies, sheds, gardens, garages, extensions (e.g., conservatories), underground spaces, or utility rooms. Additionally, our Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning does not cover rubbish removal. The property must be vacated, furniture removed, and all movement stopped during the cleaning process. Please review our Terms and Conditions in section IV concerning Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning before scheduling. Our cleaners require access to hot water and electricity.
