*All our End of Tenancy Cleaning Prices are based on the property being in reasonable condition and subject to VAT.
Our price includes cleaning products, materials, and equipment. (Please note: Our Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning does not include carpet cleaning) By placing the booking, the customer agrees to our Terms and Conditions set out in clause IV of the Pre/End of Tenancy cleaning. Please provide us with accurate information about the cleanliness condition/type of the property. We reserve the right to amend the cleaning price based on the condition of the property or due to incorrect property specifications provided to us during our visit. End of tenancy cleaning prices are as follows: For a one-bedroom flat or studio, the cost is £180 for an unfurnished property. For a fully furnished property, there is an additional charge of £30. The minimum time required for the cleaning service is 3 hours, during which access to water and power is necessary. Additionally, parking is required, and any meter parking charges will be billed separately.
End of tenancy cleaning prices are as follows: For a two-bedroom house & flat, the cost is £220 for an unfurnished property. For a fully furnished property, there is an additional charge of £30. The minimum time required for the cleaning service is 3 hours, during which access to water and power is necessary.
